Abstract

The reported program was compiled using the BASIC language of the Apple II computer. It asks questions in English about the conditions under which thermodynamic formulas apply. There are three activity methods to choose from: (1) The students select one of the formulas on the screen and let the computer ask questions; (2) The computer selects the formula; (3) The students identify a formula and the computer guesses
