Comparative study on the effects of Cultural Revolution polysaccharide and Cultural Revolution extract on immune drop in mice
Keywords:
clam polysaccharide;, clam extract;, immune regulation;Abstract
This article conducted a comparative study on the immunomodulation of clam polysaccharides and clam extracts in mice. The results showed that mice fed with clam polysaccharides and clam extracts could reduce the spleen weight and peripheral blood leukocytes of mice under immunosuppression. The number and phagocytic function of macrophages significantly increased, significantly promoting the recovery of specific antibodies. It has a significant up-regulating effect on delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) inhibited by cyclophosphamide, and has a significant up-regulatory effect on hypersensitivity caused by cyclophosphamide. The DTH reaction of clam polysaccharide has a significant down-regulating effect. At the same dose, clam polysaccharide shows stronger medicinal efficacy than clam extract. It is suggested that clam polysaccharide is the main component of the immune effect of clam extract and may have a two-way immunomodulatory function .
