This paper selects a mathematical model and compiles a program to solve the difficult and complicated problems in the determination of some constants of mononuclear complexes. The program for finding the concentration of free ligands in the "corresponding solution method" uses an iterative method to solve higher-order equations. By combining the corresponding solution method with a competitive reaction system, an ordinary 72-type spectrophotometer can be used to solve more complex problems. The program for measuring stability constant by pH method has the feature of automatically selecting and calculating the optimal value. The program for measuring the rate constant of serial hydration reactions by potentiometric method uses the bisection interval method to solve the transcendental equation, which greatly simplifies the calculation of the reaction rate constant in the second step.
