Abstract: <正> Introduction Homogeneous liquid phase pipeline reactor is a type of reactor widely used in production, which can be used to carry out chemical reactions such as ammoniation, esterification, hydrolysis, condensation, and polymerization. In 1973, we collaborated with Shanghai Dye Chemical Factory No. 10 to build a pipeline ammonia reaction device for the production of o-nitroaniline, with a scale of several hundred tons per year. In the following years, multiple installations of the same scale were built in various regions, which were basically copies of the original design. One of the reasons why the production scale cannot be expanded is the failure to grasp the regularity of three passes and one reverse in the pipeline reactor. In recent years, we have conducted research on the mathematical model of o-nitrochlorobenzene ammoniation reactor and obtained relatively satisfactory results.
