Contemporary production system strategies have been conducted in coordination with a host of initiatives to optimize efficiency by reducing cycle time and enhancing throughput. Surprisingly, a huge chunk of today’s operational statistics remains particularly hidden and hind some nations who have substantial maintenance infrastructure and workshop capabilities. This realm of research, however, dared to cross those boundaries and aimed at applying predictive maintenance to EPR and therefore creating an entire intelligent industrial environment. This is because, in between the Enterprise Predictive Maintenance and absolute continuity of any other ERP application of the Company, PM falls into the cracks, as stand groups or other components with which PM should have been providing strategic value are not even considered.
