Abstract

Recently, we used DBJ-Z80 single-board computer to develop a head-on chromatography data processing system for rapid determination of pore size distribution. It is composed of Z-80 single board computer, signal amplification circuit, analog/digital converter and printer. The control system program and calculation program are written in assembly language and solidified in EPROM. Experimental parameters are input through the keyboard, which is easy to operate, fast to calculate, and reliable in data. The calculation results are immediately printed out in tabular form using a μ-80 printer, and the pore size distribution is plotted.
