This paper uses electric contact rapid heating, lead bath isothermal, drawing deformation, oil quenching and tempering methods to conduct eight kinds of Comparative and systematic research on low-temperature deformation heat treatment of carbon steel has been carried out. Among them, the effects of austenitization temperature, plastic deformation, cooling conditions and tempering on the mechanical properties after treatment were discussed for 70 steel. Based on a large amount of test data, the author used the regression analysis method to calculate the role of carbon content, deformation temperature (supercooling), deformation amount and other parameters in steel in the strengthening of low-temperature deformation heat treatment, and clarified the main parameters of the deformation heat treatment process.
