Through systematic review of recent literature from 2020-2025, this research identifies key nursing competencies, assessment protocols, and evidence-based interventions that significantly impact patient outcomes. The findings demonstrate that specialized cardiovascular nursing care, comprehensive patient assessment, and targeted interventions can substantially reduce mortality rates, hospital readmissions, and improve quality of life for cardiovascular patients. This review emphasizes the evolving role of nurses as front-line healthcare providers in cardiovascular care, highlighting the need for specialized training, evidence-based practice implementation, and multidisciplinary collaboration to address the growing burden of cardiovascular disease.
