Beyond conventional data-driven communication, storytelling introduces emotional resonance, cultural transmission, and strategic alignment within organizations. This review explores the interdisciplinary role of storytelling in management, emphasizing the use of literary techniques such as metaphor, narrative arcs, character development, and symbolism. Drawing from literature, psychology, and communication theory, it analyzes how well-crafted narratives influence leadership effectiveness, change management, organizational identity, and employee motivation. The article further examines real-world applications of storytelling in corporate branding, internal communications, and crisis management, highlighting its significance in creating authentic and impactful organizational narratives. The review concludes by outlining the challenges and future research directions for integrating storytelling more systematically into management practices.
