Abstract


On the basis of experiments, this paper uses the slip line field theory to study the deformation rules of plane strain composite extruded metal, divides six different types of deformation modes, and establishes the corresponding slip lines on the physical plane. field. The deformation zone range shown by the specimen's streamlines, grid changes and hardness distribution is consistent with the theoretical analysis.
