Abstract

This article reviews the relationship between the composition, heat treatment, microstructure and specific capacitance of low-voltage capacitor aluminum foil. The conclusions are: (1) Due to the high dislocation density of hard high-purity aluminum foil, after corrosion and formation The specific capacitance is higher than that of annealed aluminum foil; (2) the specific capacitance of high-purity aluminum foil after appropriate heat treatment increases with the increase of surface cubic texture fraction; (3) certain trace elements make the dislocation density of annealed high-purity aluminum foil and The surface cubic texture fraction is increased, thus increasing its specific capacitance more effectively; (4) The grain size of annealed aluminum and aluminum alloy foils has no significant impact on the specific capacitance.
