Abstract


 This article reports the development and preliminary application of a chromatographic electrochemical detector. The detection system includes TP-801 single-board computer, polarization voltage waveform generator based on D/A conversion, potentiostat system and wall-jet electrochemical cell (Wall-Jet Electrochemical Cell). It can be used for various electrochemical measurements and research in flow systems, and was used in combination with high-performance liquid chromatography to determine the content of ascorbic acid in medical vitamin C tablets and injections, showing good performance.
